Had Glenview installer Randy up yesterday to install new swinging screen door plus he checked 3 other sliding screen doors and I couldn't be more pleased with the professional work!!!
Outstanding ... Glenview will have all my windows and screens work from here on out!!

I just have to brag about the excellent customer service by Miss Dee Dee at Glenview Glass. I have a 3-panel glass door that I bought from Dixieline, and after 5 years, it needs some servicing to correct some misalignment. I was given many runarounds by Dixieline. In the end, Dixieline would not and could not service my door, citing the reason that they did not install it the first time. They offered many times to call me back for recommendation on an alternate solution, but they never did, and for 2 weeks, I had to call them multiple times to follow-up. I was finally given the contact at Glenview Glass. Dee Dee answered my call and she is absolutely amazing in the way she diligently follows-up and goes the extra mile to ensure that my problem got resolved. I want to congratulate Glenview Glass for having such an incredible employee like Dee Dee. I highly recommend Glenview Glass to you!

My husband and I decided to use Glenview to replace a few windows on our new home. We greatly appreciated Glenview for their quick service and great customer service! We had a deadline due to the Sunrise Powerlink Program which they gladly accommodated without hesitation. These guys really know how to impress. They show up in masks on time. They text to let you know they are on their way with the names of who are coming. They work efficiently and friendly. I can't believe in two days we had all new beautiful windows. The windows are great also. They are sound blocking and energy efficient. We can't hear dogs barking from the neighbors anymore. It's more difficult to see in from outside but we can see everything outside from inside. Love this company and our new windows!!!!! The big window companies are all about price and Glenview Glass and Screen is concerned about customer satisfaction at a reasonable price.

Randy came out to replace 9 of my windows with excellent craftsmanship and service with a smile. I gave him access behind the roses and under the hummingbird feeders and now I have glass that will stand the test of time giving the best view we have had of our garden.

Mike and Eric were a little late but they called to let me know, so it wasn't a problem. They were polite and professional and got the screen installed quickly and efficiently. My shower had been a nightmare .. my door exploded,5/17 another business backed out but not before charging me for ordered glass... cardinal sent a new enclosure that was too big.... a lot of waiting and a lot of patient impatience/anger / frustration /anxiety/angry wife.. if that makes sense.. David hung in there and answered all my questions and kept me as updated as he could.. Denise and Dee Dee were very understanding and helpful, Randy Erik and the install team did great and were absolute pros .. a lot of knowledge and experience with those guys .. 7/3 glad it finally planned out and I know that glenview is within driving distance should something arise that needs attention... thanks again guys! Definitely make you feel like part of the team.. nice having them in the community!

I didn't just want the original windows replaced on my 1940 home. I wanted them Bigger (and some smaller) and different kinds.......and yet look perfect with the Bones of my house and neighborhood. Sound Challenging? Well, that didn't scare Craig and Randy (or Denise) one bit. I still can't believe they got everything done in 4 days like they promised. My neighbors keep complimenting me on my home's transformation but I really need to give the credit where it is due. This project turned out gorgeous...inside and out. It was important to Craig that I was happy with the final results to the extent he even made a home depot run in the middle of the project and got more moulding to perfectly match the crafstmen style of my house. His team of workers were skilled, tidy and fast. I wouldn't hesitate to call them if I had more windows.

I have several Milgard windows and a sliding door, purchased through Dixieline, and installed by Glenview Glass & Screen. The whole experience--from Mike Ponce at Dixieline, to Randy and the crew at Glenview Glass & Screen-- was excellent! I got the "A" team from Glenview. Installers Samir, Juan, Brandis and Israel were professional, courteous, patient, and did an outstanding job. Couldn't ask for a greater crew--knowledgeable and such nice guys. I had a challenging aspect of my install and they nailed it--literally ;-). They instilled confidence in my choice and the finished product proved they are experts! I highly recommend them!

It's their solid experience and many years of being in the business that gives me the confidence that they're the right people to turn to for any window, glass, and screen needs.

We had a screen door that was destroyed by a new dog. My wife took on the project of re-screening the door. When the dog and newly walking toddler easily pushed out the newly replaced screen we were frustrated. We then tried a replacement screen door from the big box hardware store. Two attempts to replace a screen door with no success.

My wife found this company and we went to check out our options. The young lady working that day not only was helpful to decide which type of screen material to use (Stronger pet resistance) but she also never forced an up-sell to a new screen door. She inspected the current one and advised us it was in great condition.

I have another screen project and will go back to this company in the blink of an eye.

Today John and Dave serviced my busted Milgard window rollers, screen door, window screens and front door. The two men were extremely professional, well mannered and did an outstanding job problem solving the "issues" we continued to run into with this "newly purchased" house.
When John and Dave tried to explain the issue, I asked to explain using "non-window words" (since I don't talk windows or California lol). I learned so much about what as fixed, how to maintain the newly fixed items and so much more!!!!

Excellent customer service and screen repair. After buying a house, I noticed one window screen was bent on one edge. I took it in thinking I would need to have a replacement screen made. The best thing was they were able to replace just one edge on my screen, saving everything that was still good. The work took less than a day and was wonderfully priced. Keep America working. It was a pleasure working with Glenview Glass and Screen. They did an excellent job installing four large windows in the front of our home.

The most important aspect of their service, in my opinion, is the attention to detail and the pursuit of perfection in their work. We have a brick home, which made the installation more difficult than for a standard wood and stucco home. But everyone involved took their time and made sure that they did this job perfectly right.

Owner Craig Hall did an excellent job of arranging the team for this challenging job, and he was very responsive with information whenever we had a question about something. Randy, the supervisor, was also very helpful and made sure that everything was done in the best way possible. It was clear these guys wanted to do the best job possible for us. Juan, the lead technician, lived up to his reputation as a wizard with windows. Again, though the bricks presented a challenge, he did an excellent job from beginning to end. And Eric, the other technician, was also outstanding, a hard worker, and a very pleasant and nice guy. Mike came by one of the days to help, and he, too, was great.

All in all, it was a real pleasure working with this fine group of craftsmen. It's always inspiring to watch professionals do an excellent job at their craft, especially when they overcome challenges and obstacles to achieve an outstanding result.

Wife and I recently purchased an older home with a lot of single pane windows. We called Glenview and we're glad we did. Denise & all the office staff are great, and they helped us get our windows before the deadline for the Sunrise Powerlink grant we received.

Randy came out to see the windows and give us an estimate, we were impressed and just decided to go with Glenview over the other guys. They communicated with us great, and the work was quick and turned out nice. We still have a lot of windows, so we definitely know who we'll be calling next year.

About 18 months ago, we hired Glenview Glass and Screen to install our windows, which we purchased through Dixieline. (Dixieline subcontracted the entire job through Glenview.) I wanted to wait until we went through a couple of winters before doing this review. If it weren't for this company, we would have given up replacing our old, single pane aluminum windows. Other contractors who came out to look at the project saw the unusual way our windows were originally installed and declined to do the project. Glenview was the first company that welcomed the challenge, and they used their creativity and can-do attitude to get the entire home done in less than two days. Our situation didn't allow for the customary "pop out and pop in" window replacement. My husband was impressed that all of the window dimensions that Glenview measured resulted in perfectly-sized windows being delivered to our home. There were no errors in any of the window sizing or styling. The entire team was wonderful to have onsite. No more portable fans are needed in the home during the summer heat, and it's quieter inside as well! Zero problems, 100% satisfied!

I recently had Glenview measure, order, and install new windows in my home. They showed up on time, their workers were neatly dressed and didn't reek of cigarette smoke, and the installation went smoothly. I looked at an existing window in my home and compared the caulking job to the ones newly installed and even that was done far better by Glenview. I appreciate their prompt communication, texting me when they were on the way, and how easy they made it making the payments for the windows. I have already lined them up to measure another property. I highly recommend this company for replacement windows!
