A friend asked me if I knew of a good company that installed windows, and I recommended her to Glenview Glass & Screen after I had the opportunity to thoroughly research the company and interview the owners of the company. They've been around for over 25 years and have steadily built a reputation for quality work, so much so that Dixie Line now uses their company to do all their installations. They guarantee their work and will fix any shortcomings free of charge, and they have an A+ Rating from the Better Business Bureau. It's their solid experience and many years of being in the business that gives me the confidence that they're the right people to turn to for any window, glass, and screen needs.

I have several Milgard windows and a sliding door, purchased through Dixieline, and installed by Glenview Glass & Screen. The whole experience--from Mike Ponce at Dixieline, to Randy and the crew at Glenview Glass & Screen-- was excellent! I got the "A" team from Glenview. Installers Samir, Juan, Brandis and Israel were professional, courteous, patient, and did an outstanding job. Couldn't ask for a greater crew--knowledgeable and such nice guys. I had a challenging aspect of my install and they nailed it--literally ;-). They instilled confidence in my choice and the finished product proved they are experts! I highly recommend them!

Today John and Dave serviced my busted Milgard window rollers, screen door, window screens and front door. The two men were extremely professional, well mannered and did an outstanding job problem solving the "issues" we continued to run into with this "newly purchased" house.
When John and Dave tried to explain the issue, I asked to explain using "non-window words" (since I don't talk windows or California lol). I learned so much about what as fixed, how to maintain the newly fixed items and so much more!!!!
I am so glad I went with Glenview Glass... I would strongly recommend this company (preferably John and Dave) and truly appreciate professional and outstanding service!!!!!

Randy came out to measure and was super nice. Today, Barry is installing our screens and he is so kind and polite, and sharing some screen door knowledge while he installs! About 18 months ago, we hired Glenview Glass and Screen to install our windows, which we purchased through Dixieline. (Dixieline subcontracted the entire job through Glenview.) I wanted to wait until we went through a couple of winters before doing this review. If it weren't for this company, we would have given up replacing our old, single pane aluminum windows. Other contractors who came out to look at the project saw the unusual way our windows were originally installed and declined to do the project. Glenview was the first company that welcomed the challenge, and they used their creativity and can-do attitude to get the entire home done in less than two days. Our situation didn't allow for the customary "pop out and pop in" window replacement. My husband was impressed that all of the window dimensions that Glenview measured resulted in perfectly-sized windows being delivered to our home. There were no errors in any of the window sizing or styling. The entire team was wonderful to have onsite. No more portable fans are needed in the home during the summer heat, and it's quieter inside as well! Zero problems, 100% satisfied!

Wife and I recently purchased an older home with a lot of single pane windows. We called Glenview and we're glad we did. Denise & all the office staff are great, and they helped us get our windows before the deadline for the Sunrise Powerlink grant we received.

Randy came out to see the windows and give us an estimate, we were impressed and just decided to go with Glenview over the other guys. They communicated with us great, and the work was quick and turned out nice. We still have a lot of windows, so we definitely know who we'll be calling next year.

I recently had Glenview measure, order, and install new windows in my home. They showed up on time, their workers were neatly dressed and didn't reek of cigarette smoke, and the installation went smoothly. I looked at an existing window in my home and compared the caulking job to the ones newly installed and even that was done far better by Glenview. I appreciate their prompt communication, texting me when they were on the way, and how easy they made it making the payments for the windows. I have already lined them up to measure another property. I highly recommend this company for replacement windows!

Though out of their control, the delay in shipment of my security screen door did not stop their great communication and follow up. Each employee was pleasant and professional.

Fantastic experience! While weed whacking I put a rock into the large fixed pane on my master bedroom slider. Glenview's pricing was better than others I called. Working with Glenview was easy peasy and I'm so happy our local Dixieline recommended I deal with Glenview directly for two new Security Screen Doors. OMG ... the doors are beautiful. Randy and Mike showed up on time and it did take a bit of work as our home was built in the 50's. Randy did a fabulous job of re-framing the openings and the doors look great. Work was done in a timely fashion; they cleaned up afterwards; and, we could not be more pleased. It is my pleasure to recommend this company! Thank you Glenview for a job well done! 🙂

Glenview Glass performed repairs on my glass sliding door for a very reasonable price. It now works like new and saved me from having to buy a new one for $1000. This is the second time they done work for me and I've been very happy both times. Will definitely use them again for my window needs.

I was very impressed with the services provided by Glenview Glass & Screen. An attempted burglary was made on my home. My rear sliding glass door was shattered and severely damaged in the process. I met with Craig for a proposal and he worked with my insurance company to ensure they understood what was required to restore the home to its former condition. The end result was nothing short of magnificent. This is a very honest company to deal with and they deliver as promised. I highly recommend their service!

I was referred to Glenview Glass and Screen by MilGard Window to replace a the screen door to an older sliding glass window. Although MilGard has a lifetime warranty for their products, it does apply to screen doors beyond "x years" old (which is reasonable). I contacted Tina at Glenview for a future appointment because of my travel arrangements and set up a visit which allowed me to bring in the original bent door in as the template. Tanya wrote up the work order and answered all of my questions: Both Tina and Tanya were terrific. The door was completed as promised ... and looks great. I had a minor installation question, which Craig answered quickly over the phone and the deed was done! They also offer Veterans discounts!

I would not hesitate to use Glenview for new fabrications ... they are top notch, and have my highest recommendation!

I just wanted to give my highest recommendation to Glenview Glass and Screen and all their staff. My window job was quite complicated since my window was on the roof. The job entailed walling in the current window and creating a new window space in the wall (where the window should have been when the house was built). It was an extensive job and required coordination with the roofing company, framer, stucco and drywall. As promised, they were done in 3 days and everything went smoothly. This is a highly professional company that goes the extra mile for you. Very dependable and honest. If you need glass or screen work done I would not hesitate to use them.

I just have to brag about the excellent customer service by Miss Dee Dee at Glenview Glass. I have a 3-panel glass door that I bought from Dixieline, and after 5 years, it needs some servicing to correct some misalignment. I was given many runarounds by Dixieline. In the end, Dixieline would not and could not service my door, citing the reason that they did not install it the first time. They offered many times to call me back for recommendation on an alternate solution, but they never did, and for 2 weeks, I had to call them multiple times to follow-up. I was finally given the contact at Glenview Glass. Dee Dee answered my call and she is absolutely amazing in the way she diligently follows-up and goes the extra mile to ensure that my problem got resolved. I want to congratulate Glenview Glass for having such an incredible employee like Dee Dee. I highly recommend Glenview Glass to you!

Great, fast service. I had these guys come out to work on replacing the glass in a few of our windows, and they work in a quick and clean manor. I am very happy with the completed work! Thanks guys!

Our Sliding patio Door screen was brittle and tearing from 5 years of sun exposure, Kids, a puppy and life.
I called Glenview and got a ballpark quote on the phone. Heather was helpful.
I took the door down and dropped it off. The screen was replaced and I was able to pick it up about a week later. Paid on pick-up. Very happy with the outcome.

We chose to put a nice looking pet-grate on the bottom portion of the door for an additional fee and it has been totally worth it. Our Bully hasn't pushed on the door once in the weeks since I put the door back up. It was also a great time to scrub out the track and spray the wheels with lithium grease. Glides so easy and quiet.

Mike and Eric were a little late but they called to let me know, so it wasn't a problem. They were polite and professional and got the screen installed quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use this company for more screens I need installed. I highly recommend them and am confident they will do a great job for anyone else.

My shower had been a nightmare .. my door exploded,5/17 another business backed out but not before charging me for ordered glass... cardinal sent a new enclosure that was too big.... a lot of waiting and a lot of patient impatience/anger / frustration /anxiety/angry wife.. if that makes sense.. David hung in there and answered all my questions and kept me as updated as he could.. Denise and Dee Dee were very understanding and helpful, Randy Erik and the install team did great and were absolute pros .. a lot of knowledge and experience with those guys .. 7/3 glad it finally planned out and I know that glenview is within driving distance should something arise that needs attention... thanks again guys! Definitely make you feel like part of the team.. nice having them in the community!
