Glenview Glass and screen Inc. is a family owned business established in 1990 by Donald R Hall.
Its location “Glenview” is a township in the unincorporated county of El Cajon.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT GLENVIEW GLASS HISTORY:

Glenview Glass and screen Inc. is a family owned business established in 1990 by Donald R Hall. Its location “Glenview” is a township in the unincorporated county of El Cajon. The Hall family (Glenview Glass & Screen) has a very rich family lineage. The Halls go back five generations of doing business in El Cajon. The Hall family started doing business in 1897 when Wilson D. Hall established WD Hall CO. along with his wife Florence, (the Niece of Ulysses S Grant) and their two sons, Rex and Julian. The WD Hall Co. was the first lumber yard/fire house of El Cajon After many years in business the Grandson of Wilson D. Hall, Rex Hall Jr. established Inland supply Co. (hardware store) in 1965. Keeping with its family traditions and values the Inland Supply Co. Operated successfully for over 20 years. The Hall Family decided to close the doors of Inland Supply Co. In 1990. In 1991 Donald R Hall opened the Doors of Glenview Glass and Screen. Continuing with the rich family tradition Glenview glass & Screen has been in business for over 28 years, now owned by son Craig Hall and his family members. The Halls continue to give back to the city of El Cajon as Rick Hall is the acting President of the El Cajon Historical Society and gate keeper of the Knox house. Glenview gave us beautiful new windows and worked hard to make sure we got them in time for our grant deadline.  Everyone from Randy, Denise, the office staff, and all the workers were great to work with & super helpful; answered all our questions. 				These ladies are the best! I needed my mother-in-law's china hutch glass replacement that was all broken, in a move. The replaced glass they made, fit in the wooden, fitted grooves exactly, the finished edge was better than the original and perfect looking! They made it ready to move safely and all packed up for me! Will always go here for glass. No where else!

				Referred to Glenview Glass and Screen by Milgard windows.  Have and older Simonton slider where the sealed had failed.  On the day of the install, they called to give us a heads up that they were headed our way, showed up on time and quickly replaced the glass.  Very professional.  Highly recommended.

				I had three closets with double doors on them from the 50's.  They were no longer stable so I called to inquire about replacing them.  Dave sent out someone to measure then came up with a quote.  It was reasonable so I had the work done.  It was superb.  My house was not exactly squared off and the closets were not square so precise measurements had to be taken to have the doors made.  When the installers came, they put down plastic and tarps prior to removing the old doors and frame.  They did a wonderful job.  The installers vacuumed and left the area spotless.  I would recommend them highly.  I would use again for windows and doors.

				I'm always happy to spread the word whenever I come across a local gem such as Glenview Glass and Screen. An easy recommendation for anyone looking for services in the mirror or screen department. I started off by ordering a replacement mirror for a cabinet in my RV restroom. After a brief debacle where I sadly provided the incorrect measurements, not once, but THREE times, Glenview continued to recut my mirror until it was at the correct size, and all with NO additional fees. WHEN DOES THAT EVER HAPPEN?!?! A huge shout-out to David, the owner, and all the staff at Glenview.

				Awesome to work with!  My husband and I bought a home with more windows then the average house, but most of them have not been updated to double pane. We decided to use the Sunrise Powerlink Program in combination with Glenview and Glenview made the process so easy! We were impressed with their willingness to place the windows by the programs deadline and their overall customer service. We will certainly be calling next year for the next batch of windows!
